Shipping fees

We deliver bicycles and accessories to European countries. Currently we don't ship outside Europe. Estimated delivery time to European countries is about 7-9 weekdays depending on order queue. The delivery time may also vary depending on the bike specific delivery schedule found on the bike model page. Every order is delivered with a tracking code to follow the delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver products to consumers in the United Kingdom at the moment.

Shipping fees for bicycles

* excluding Iceland, Norway and Switzerland - shipping to these countries is € 124,00.

All orders over 150 euro are shipped free inside the EU.

Shipping fees for accessories and apparel under € 150,00*

* All orders over € 150,00 are delivered for free inside the EU.

Shipping fees are added automatically when adding products to shopping basket. You can select a country from a drop-down menu, or if you have registered an account your fees will be automatically calculated by the address you have added on your account.

Accessories delivered to Finland can either be delivered to nearest Matkahuolto office for pick-up or delivered home. For home delivery the customer needs to add a phone number to contact details.

It is also possible to buy products from the webstore and pick them up from our Helsinki store. This option can be selected in the check-out process.
